    Welcome to the County District Court! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://courts.clarkcounty.site ("Site") and any services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services").     6.5 No Tolerance Policy: the County District Court maintains a strict no-tolerance policy regarding cheating and fraudulent activities.

    6.6 Definition of Spamming and Automated Software: Spamming refers to the excessive or repeated submission of requests to the County District Court's systems, while automated software refers to the use of bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to interact with our platform.

    6.7 Prohibition of Spamming and Automated Software: You agree not to spam the County District Court's systems with excessive requests or use any form of automated software to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt the normal operation of our Services.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Site are the property of the County District Court or its licensors.

    8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
